Breakfast has always been a must! My mom never let us leave the house before school without eating breakfast. Although I am older now, this is one of those rules I still follow. I believe that starting my day off with breakfast, gives me the kick start I need to begin the day.
I usually like to start my day with yogurt with fruit and granola, a warm bowl of GF oatmeal, or egg-whites. However, another enjoyable breakfast option is Van’s gluten-free waffles. I like to think of them as the “g-free Eggo waffle” (only better!) Van’s GF waffles are great! Not only does Van’s have natural waffles. They also have kinds such as buckwheat with berries, apple cinnamon, blueberry and flax waffles. I have tried all the different kinds (except for the Flax waffles), and they are all so good. It’s too hard to pick my favorite!
Not only are Van’s GF waffles gluten-free, but they are also dairy and egg free, and are made with whole grains. Since I don’t like maple syrup I always enjoy these waffles with So Delicious vanilla coconut milk yogurt or my mom’s homemade applesauce.
